SailONEC is a volunteer-based sailing club. Our goal is to promote low cost training, pleasure sailing and racing for entry level and experienced sailors in a safe, relaxed environment.

The club’s objectives are:

            To be the best community sailing club in Ottawa;

            To provide the residents of Ottawa, both youth and adults, with a structured sail training program;

            To provide members with a variety of fun, sailing oriented social activities;

            To provide an environment where members are encouraged to socialize, cooperate and work together with all members of ONEC;

            To provide equal access to safe and well maintained sailing facilities and equipment;

            To provide secure mooring facilities to a limited number of individual sailboat owners.
