SailONEC is a volunteer based sailing club within the Ottawa New Edinburgh Club. It provides sailing for members on club owned boats, mooring for privately owned boats, and summer sailing camps for young sailors. For 2011, we offer a sailing experience that suits your needs, from beginner to boat owner.

Extention of the sailing season |
ONEC Board of directors have decided to delay the closing of the sailing operations until Saturday, Oct 15. This will give more people a chance to sail during the early Fall. It seems as though the late September early October weather is warmer. Let's hope the trend continues this year. |

Boathouse - Work party - 15 Oct |
We will need all the volunteer that we can to put the boats/docks away. It will start at the usual time, 10:00 a.m.

On October 15, Saturday, starting at 6 pm, we will celebrate the end of the sailing season at the Canal Ritz. The restaurant is located on Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ottawa, at Fifth Avenue. Parking for the restaurant is located at Fifth and Queen E - enter on Fifth. |
